At Fenua, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any items purchased. Please ensure you review product details and sizing before completing your purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
• Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us.

Refunds

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For items shipped into the European Union, the standard return policy applies. However, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Accuracy of Measurements

Please ensure you are accurate with your measurements and selections before placing your order, as all our handmade pieces, including earrings, are nonrefundable.
