At Fenua, we are committed to ensuring that your order is processed, shipped, and delivered efficiently. Please review the details below regarding our shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and delays may occur due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Fenua is not responsible for any delays caused by customs or for lost packages after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Fenua is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at aiufenua@gmail.com to update the information. Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Fenua is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier has marked the package as delivered, it is considered the customer's responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to the carrier directly or contact us at aiufenua@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Delays
Please note that shipping times may be delayed during high-traffic periods such as holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather events or carrier issues. While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, Fenua is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
