Fenua Engagement Ring Giveaway Official Rules

This giveaway is sponsored by Fenua ("Sponsor").

Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on June 8 at 12:00 AM HST and ends on July 14 at 11:59 PM HST ("Giveaway Period").

Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Fenua are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

Participants may enter by completing the official giveaway entry form available on the Fenua website during the Giveaway Period.

Upon submission of the entry form, participants will receive ten (10) entries into the giveaway.

Additional entries may be earned through the following actions:

• Follow Fenua on Instagram: 1 entry
• Like the official giveaway post: 1 entry
• Comment on the official giveaway post: 1 entry
• Tag friends in the comments of the giveaway post: 1 additional entry per tagged account

Tagged accounts must belong to real individuals. Automated accounts, fake accounts, or duplicate accounts may be disqualified.

There is no limit to the number of tagged-friend entries.

Prize

Grand Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $2,500 USD credit toward a custom engagement ring purchased through Fenua.

Prize credit:

• Has no cash value
• Is non-transferable
• May not be redeemed for cash
• May only be applied toward a custom engagement ring purchase
• Expires twelve (12) months after issuance

If the selected design exceeds $2,500, the winner is responsible for the remaining balance.

Alternate Prize

If the Grand Prize winner does not claim the prize within seventy-five (75) hours of notification, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The drawing will occur on or about July 14, 2026.

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted via email, phone, Instagram direct message, or another method provided during entry.

The selected winner must respond within seventy-five (75) hours of notification.

Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Fenua permission to use their name, likeness, city of residence, submitted content, photographs, and related promotional materials for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Entry Information

By entering, participants agree that the information submitted may be used by Fenua for marketing, customer communications, promotional offers, product announcements, and related business purposes.

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Information submitted will be handled according to Fenua's Privacy Policy.

Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates these Official Rules
• Uses fraudulent methods of entry
• Uses automated systems or bots
• Provides false or misleading information
• Attempts to interfere with the administration of the giveaway

Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Technical failures
• Internet interruptions
• Lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries
• Errors in the administration of the giveaway

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Fenua and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of any prize.

Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By participating, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility related to this giveaway.

Sponsor's Right to Modify

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.

Acceptance of Rules

Participation in this giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.
